Saab 900 Cruise control module (4108643) buy for $50.00 and then have this guy rebuild it for another $120.00. Sounds like the new version is designed to fail. Purchase an ECU (9560905) and have the tech splice into your harness. Plan "B"; bake it in the oven at 375 degrees for half and hour. Don't laugh, it worked on mine for about a week. FYI make sure your driver's side floor mat is not sliding up against the brake and clutch pedals. The mat will knock off the vacuum switches, which are just held on with clips. Good Luck

The following remarks are from the seller:

This module (4108643) was re-designed for the classic 900 for the 1992 model year and was used till the end of production. These 92+ units almost never work. These were failing under warranty when these cars were new. There is a 95% chance this one is bad. I am able to repair them with about an 85% success rate. I have not attempted it with this one. It has never been opened. Eeuroparts has a tutorial on how to attempt a repair on these, which usually works. This should be considered a "core for an attempt at repair". If you want to give me an extra $120, I will repair one for you, test it in my 92 900 to be sure it works, and ship it to you + give you a 6 month warranty. at this price, this is as-is. As the $49 price, expect it to NOT work out of the box.
