sunroof drains?

I have a leak on the passenger side of the roof that I think might be related to the sunroof. I have heard that the drains can get clogged and have tried using a thin metal cable to clean, this doesn't seem to insert too far. Can anyone suggest an easy way to flush these drains out. Does high pressure water or air work? Thanks for your help.
