Get one of those small propane torches from the hardware store. Turn on the torch but don't lite it, and w/ the engine running and warmed up and stabilized, trace the tip of the torch along all vacuum lines and fittings. When you find a leak, the engine will speed up since propane burns. There's your leak. You may have more than one, so do them all. Check the ends of all the hoses particularly as that's where they most often split. Good luck. Let us know.
