The bulb for lighting the right side of the instrument panel (tach, clock, etc) is burned-out and needs to be replaced. I removed the left speaker panel and can clearly see the bulb location at the left top of the instrument panel just below the speaker cutout. The bulb is located behind a blue cap about the size of the tip of my index finger. Furthermore, this blue cap is ridged on the outside diameter and has two cutout slots on the posterior end. So, I know the location, but cannot for the life of me figure how to remove the cap/bulb. It does not rotate, push in/out, xxx. Please help. Thanks.
