"Signe" comes home tomorrow!

It's been a week. At last, Signe is returning from my indie mechanic's care and will again roost in her own driveway, yearning to be driven. It's just a humble little '85 900S, but as many of you will attest, your Saab is your Saab and the longer you've owned it, the more attached you get.
And so the long litany of desired fixes (necessary > preventative > cosmetic > trivial/petty, done in more or less that order) has gotten shorter. At 173k she got her first completely new clutch since I've owned her (the turbo kit for longevity), a rebuilt p/s rack, her steering u-joints given a clean bill of health, a refurbished swaybar kit installed, and an exhaust leak vanquished. Prior to taking her in, I changed all her ball joints, tie ends, and front wheel bearings at home. Can't wait till tomorrow morning... she should feel years younger :o)
Worry not, the continuum will not be disturbed. There's plenty of stuff left to fix, including the ever popular crankshaft pulley/water pump and hoses/reseal oil pump/front main seal... and, as of two weeks ago, needs heater valve rr - just in time for winter of course. She still wants shocks, too. Yep, I'll be "saabing" all the way to the student loan office then :o)
