I got the head from my favorite junkyard in Canada. It was an original head that had never been rebuilt or planned. I then sent it to Lesco for a full going over, including higher rated valve springs and 4 hours of porting/polish time.
I really didn't notice an increase of power until I installed the RRFPR and injectors. Then I installed the Stage II APC for that extra punch.
You should be very afraid of the continuum. The engine is running perfect again. I just got the car back from the body shop with all the dings and scratches removed. Plus, I just got all 4 Aero wheels refinished.
