Its been a while. I looked at a '94 Aero 5spd tonight with 230K. Car looked to be in ok shape (for the miles) save for one main problem. Car will not move at all in any gear. As clutch is let out, there is a loud pop/bang and then nothing. I assume the transmission needs to be replaced, and given the mileage, a used boneyard unit would probably be the most efficient choice.
What years/models of transmission would mate with a 94 Aero motor?
If you've got a spare transmission in your garage that you don't want, my emaiul is above.
