You have a line lose between the intake area and the (false) fire wall. The turbo gauge is stuck showing atmospheric pressure (the point between colors), which means that the line from the intake area is off. There are a lot of different hoses, and its easy to miss one here or there, so double check.
I replaced all my vacuum hoses with new silicone hoses just this past fall. The original hoses begin to crack and flake.
