I have a 1994 9000CS with the Turbo option - it is a full-pressure turbo with boost gauge from the factory (now using an Aero ECU for more fun!). In 1994, the level of the trim (CS and CSE) did not match the output of the engine. The LPT was introduced on 1995 CS cars in the US as the entry-level 9000, with less goodies than a CSE.
