how do I get behind the passenger side fuse box

I'm having problems with something draining my battery every night. Had the battery starter motor and alternator tested and they're all fine. Recently pulled out what seemed like 50 yards of coaxial cable and other junk belonging to a car phone. I read something about an area around the passenger side fuse box where there's supposed to be wiring. Anyways, I'm wondering how to get at it. 98 9000cse.
