Hello Chaz! I checked the filter and pump that we have on the shelf and they fit together. Was there an issue with the filter fitting in some way that I would only see if I had a pump housing to install it in? Did you happen to take any photos of the issue? Could you tell me if the filter looked just like the one that we show on the site? Thanks in advance for any information that would help us to avoid having anyone else run into the same issue.
