Well gee whiz, guys. I'm sorry. Maybe I used the wrong word when I called my dear 1995 9000 CS "refined". But I have yet to find a nicer combination of speed (a big one), comfort, effortless handling, style, room (another big one), fuel economy, and ease of use, in any other car. And after all that, she sings to me while I drive. I have owned her since 1999, and she has been faithful to me ever since.
In the winter, with her 4 studded Hakkas on she drives like a tank right past those 4 wheeler ("Oh, I don't need snow tires, I have 4 wheel drive") people stranded in the ditch. And in summer all she wants to do is go faster ("Come on, Stephie, I can go faster than this!"). Sometimes she get me into trouble with the law.
I look at newer cars when she isn't listening, but I have no plans or any real desire to replace her at all. While she doesn't look quite new, she looks pretty darn sharp when she is cleaned up. There are some slight paint color differences from older accidents, but I just replaced the worn out driver's seat and now the interior looks great.
I LIKE my car.
