While you may think you have correct voltages running to the ECU, DI cassette and fuel pump, experience has taught me differently on my car. You have no instrumentation, the fuel delivery is spotty, and your EDU is not functioning. My diagnosis is CURRENT STARVATION caused by a corroded power cable and a corroded 6 gauge cable from the battery positive terminal to the ignition switch and relay tray. It happened severely to my car at a stoplight, causing a logic error by the cruise control servo to yank the throttle wide open.
If you are running the original battery cables(4 gauge) and grounds, replace all of these and the 6 gauge cable/pigtail from battery positive to a terminal strip behind the battery box. The cables originally supplied by Saab are UNDERSIZED for an alternator charging circuit rated at 100 amperes.
You will noticed a large difference in engine performance when you fix the current distribution issues. My car is one year older than yours with 70K fewer miles, but I ran into this almost three years ago.
