Did this about 4 months ago and used various posting from here but this was the basics:
1) remove airbag (2 torx heads on back). I disconnected the battery and let the car sit for 30 minutes to let the airbag capacitors?? discharge.
2) undo big nut holding steering wheel on (Careful, leave it on a few threads as break the wheel loose from the splines, otherwise you'll hit yourself in the face when it gives).
3) you'll then see a couple (2 to be exact) electrical connections, disconnect them and completely remove steering wheel. Mine just unclipped.
4) under the steering wheel is the horn / airbag contact unit (aka clockspring). remove it. Be careful not to break this. I taped my up so it would not go anywhere or move around.
5) Under neath this you'll see a metal retaining ring held onto the steering shaft. Pry it off. EEuro parts has them. 8954281 (ring) and 8972374 (bushing)
6) under that is 2 things -- a roller ball bearing and a rubber sleeve it fits into. Some posts say you can remove those, I could not so just pushed on the bushing and reinstalled everything. No problems or binding up so far. I read somewhere on here that someone used a rubber garden hose as a replacement.
Install is reverse of above... but with airbag clockspring, make sure you center it exactly (2.5 turns to the left and 2.5 turns to the right means its centered)... its kind of delicate. Good luck
