I just had to do this to my 96 Aero. I used an older O2 sensor from my totaled 97 Aero as it was pretty new before the wreck. A new Bosch 13662 is only $48 on Amazon (see link below). Don't pay too much. Some places charge double that. Since I had just done the exhaust manifold gasket/broken stud job everything came apart easy. I undid the serp belt to give me more room. I also removed the A/C compressor and swung it out of the way so I could see what I was doing and to get the cable routing correct. Everything was quick and easy since I never-seized all the bolts. My O2 sensor was stuck and I boogered up the threads getting it out. I had to run an 18mm tap in to clean up the threads. I got the tap cross-threaded a couple times and had to check for square with a mirror to get it in straight. Since I knew my old sensor was bad I cut the wires near the sensor. I left the old wires in place so I could follow the routing under the manifold.
