My driver's door lock does not always seem to lock/latch. The door lock button goes down but you can pull on the handle and the door will open. It feels different than if you just close and reopen the door. More like the it is not latched. I've sprayed lots of silicon on the outside lock area and taken the door panel and sprayed the inside lock mechanism. I did not see anything on the inside but some of wear. Since it is a 93, you can only lock from the outside with a key, no remote or key fob to worry about. Any ideas? Actuator, locking mechanism or door alignment?

1993 9000 CSE NA, 5-SPD, 269,000 miles
