I removed both an automatic & manual TCS brake assembly from I think '95 9000's in the junkyard. It's been awhile since I got them and it was awhile between finding them so I don't remember details exactly. I was told the manual has another part on the side facing center of car and would need to transfer existing part to it. I found the automatic one 1st so got it. I remember it was easier to remove since it didn't have that part on the side. I think there is an electrical wire running to it. All I had to do inside was remove the 4 nuts holding the boosters on and remove the clip & pin from the rod. You need a wobble adapter to get socket on one of the upper nuts, that's the only hard one I remember. Need to remove the battery tray and undo lower nut on brace that runs down toward suspension and move it towards center of car to get booster out. What took me the most time was undoing the 3 brake lines underneath the assembly. You do not want/need to remove the line running around the side of the assembly. It was taking a lot of time to loosen the lines on the 2nd/manual one so I finally just cut the lines although I normally like to do as little additional damage for others in junkyard later who may need parts, you obviously don't want to cut the lines. I think you may also need to remove the intake tube going into throttle body, they were already off on the cars I took mine from. Still had to struggle a bit with them to get them out far enough for the rod to clear the firewall.
I wonder if the leak is where the plastic tank connects to the assembly. While at the junkyard a guy was getting a side line as he had cut one and just popped the tank off.
Don’t know compatibility, I took risk of buying ’95 as I have ’93 Aero with occasional hard brake pedal but rarely driving it right now.
