I'd second on trying Barr Leaks as a start, have used the stuff for years, but know that eventually you might have to replace the radiator. Take a close look at the area near the top hose fitting for signs of cracking plastic, as this is where they typically fail due to high heat.
I bought an all-aluminum OPL (probably Chinese) radiator on Amazon for $120 shipped and am very happy with it - will never have the issue with cracked plastic. You need a supply of metric machine screws to mount it, as some of the screws from the original radiator are self-taping screws made for plastic. The petcock drain at the bottom is a plumbing fixture that is somewhat useless due to interference, but I typically remove the bottom hose to flush. One of the other reviewers on Amazon stated that the trans cooler fittings will not work with automatic transmission cars - I can't verify this since my car is manual trans. Mine also came with a solid aluminum filler plug for the hole where the coolant temp sensor fits on pre-1995 cars.
