Euro headlights w/ H1 bulbs

Having a flickering in the RH low beam -
Pulled off rear cover to find the wire at the connector to the low beam H1 bulb is badly heat damaged, female connector is loose on the male on the bulb. When I go to pull it off wire comes off the connector - seems to have heated/burned the wire off.
Anyone else have the Euro lights and having similar trouble ?
