I'd inspect engine grounds. A bad TPS shouldn't really cause misfires.
Or we can ignore the codes and do this empirically: Did you inspect the plugs? when was the last fuel filter? gas quality suspect for any reason? Unplug the TPS, and throw a multimeter on it, see if there's any obvious problems with the Pot. center pin to outside pins should give smooth changes in impedance as you move the throttle.
