I have a 95 Aero with JZW tune and T7 mod. I've gone through four T7 valves now. Its always the same thing. Change out the T7 with a new one, and the fuse which is also blown. With the new T7 valve and fuse the car will boost into the red (23 psi). It will drive great for several months and then one day the valve will be shot and the fuse blown. I know the valve is shot because if I put 12V across it nothing happens. A working valve will click letting you know the piston moved.
What could be causing this?
