Sorry that I wasn't clearer: the only polyurethane bushing that I put in the front suspension was the big rear bushings on the front control arms. These are the ones that squeaked. Replaced them with rubber.
I also put on polyurethane mounts for the rear swaybar, which improves the steering response significantly. They had to be changed out at some point, probably because the lube washes away, then they "oval out" and become loose.
