My first Saab was a 1993 9000 CSE. I had an annoying wind noise above 45 or so MPH, and it made me nuts.
Finally one day while I heard it, I opened the roof (not tilted, but slid it back), I heard the noise still, and reaching out could feel the thick rubber seal on the windshield lifting up.
Turned out that about an 8 inch long section would lift enough at speed to make the noise. Never would have known it to look at it parked.
Too it to Safelite and they were able to reseat it so it stayed put.
I really enjoyed that car - traded it in with 175K on it in 2000 for a 9-5 Wagon (lease). Now driving a 2003 9-5 Sedan with 278,000 miles and still going strong!
