The passenger side lower bushing sleeve rusted onto the mounting bolt on my 97 9000. Many hours of cutting away pieces of the bolt, I believe I cut the lower shock mount from the shock body and then cut into it from the top? Finally, I had weakened the sleeve so much that the remains of the bolt could be hammered out. Been a while, maybe 12 years ago, but that was probably the worst situation I ever ran into.
