IAW Manual 2:5 Traction Control, the Correct Resistance is approximately 1100 ohms. The other test you can do with the front wheel of the ground, is with the A.C. range selected on the Multimeter, connect the Multimeter on the plug from the Wheel Speed Sensor. The reading should be approximately 0.1 to 0.5 volts A.C. as the Wheel is turning by hand. I hope you find if the sensors are working properly.
I had a problem with my 92 9K, it would hesitate from when from 0-15 MPH. Did these test and found one of the Wheel Speed Sensors bad. Installed a new one and problem solved.
