I pried my hood badge off. It came off easiiy, just as you all said. My new badge came with two little inserts that fit in the holes in the hood. The two prongs on the back of the badge fit in to the inserts. I wonder if these badges need to be glued on at all. It certainly looked like there was no glue residue behind my old badge. Won't those two plastic inserts hold the badge on securely?
I think I will probably use some automotive glue just to be sure. But my old one was not glued on, just held by those two prongs.
