I've done that to my red relays several times but I always like to have a working spare before I attempt a re-solder job. I might try to do the non-working one first. I didn't know if people had better luck with the orange relays vs. the red headlight relay. I tried the URO and KAE ones and neither worked very well for very long. I think I have re-soldered Saab ones in my cars now.
