The aftermarket axel assemblies are not rebuildable. I believe GKN made the original inner driver. Not sure who made the tripod bearing and CV joint.
Faced with a similar problem replaced the CV joint with Proparts CV from Eeuroparts.

The CV joint is made in China by a company that mfgs 1.6 million CVs per year. Looked like a quality part. Time will tell. Haven't got enough miles on 2 to tell yet.
The kit is assembled in Germany. Includes German grease. It's not much more labor than just a boot. Since the axle assembly is out of the car either way. About the cost of a Saab boot.
