I installed a Rein outer CV boot on one side about two years ago and it is severely cracked on one of the bellows of the small end (a surprise!) and will need replacing again soon. "Swedecar" also cautions against using Rein boots due to early failure.
I never heard of Kotek brand, so I Googled it: they are sold by PepBoys, so I am already suspect. Curious how it will turn out, as they are remarkably cheap.
Sorry to say, but I have to agree that Eeuroparts is slipping on their 9000 parts selection. I recently put an order together for a clutch job and some other things, but found out that a normal Continental "accessory drive belt" would add a three week delay to my order even though it was stated as "in stock" (at a different warehouse) - glad that I caught that. I suppose that there aren't that many 9000s still being driven, so they have to go where the money is.
