Correct me if I'm wrong, and my car isn't here for reference, but couldn't you make a similar hose out of some appropriately sized fuel hose and a brass Y-connector from the plumbing section of a hardware store? Fuel hose will stand up much better than normal rubber hose to hot oil vapor. I would not use silicon hose, as I have used that in the PCV and it seeps, replaced it with fuel hose.
