Hi guys. I just checked past posta and found I had reported doing this job on a previous 9000 in 2001. I replaced the upper (dog bone) and lower engine mounts. I did not replace that front transmission mount that I noticed the the day while changing my engine air filter. Evidently I did it all myself. The lowers I did while lying on my back in my son-in-law's garage. I remember that he was PO'd because I got some oil on the floor of his garage.
Well, I was quite a bit younger back then. I'm 76 now. But I think I'll try it. As I said above, I did not do the transmission mount, so I have no experience there. If anyone has any advice about how to do this please let me know. I will report back when the job is done.
Oh, BTW, I guess I will go with yellow poly on the uppers and OEM on the lowers and transmission mount. Wish me luck. I don't have a lift. Just several jacks and some jack stands.
