I second the suggestion of a hydraulic shop re-making your hoses. Cline Hose in Greenville, SC has all of my business. They take the original alloy fittings and weld a larger diameter collar/barb to the end so a larger diameter higher quality hose made for that collar/barb can be installed using a standard crimp sleeve. This method avoids any issues with regard to metric OE and what is commonly available in the states. I have had Cline do Classic 900, 9000, and 9-3 hoses all of which cost ~$50. All have lasted many many more years than OE hoses.Their work is super nice and done while you wait. I would stay away from compression fittings on the alloy OE parts-I tried this route. All failed.
