I'm thinking that my acutator rod is improperly positioned too far into the actuator. Before I conclude this, can the rod suddenly "slip" from the correct position one day to not working the next? With the proper tool how hard is it to recalibrate the rod? If there was an electronic apc or other problem would I get an engine warning light or some other indication. Basically does the lack of a warning rule out an electrical issue.
