The best site. I wouldn't do much more to your car until you understand everything on this site. Though it's for a 911, your system is the same. The differences are in which components you have and what the pressure specs are for the SAAB, though they should be close, like within 5-10psi.

Also, searching the 911 forum on PelicanParts.com will provide you with answers to any CIS testing questions. You can spend days there trying to understand how all of the components interrelate. You can also search and read about several people trying to get CIS to work after sitting unmaintained for decades, like yours.
