Sweet, another 99 race car! Road racing is fairly lenient on cage rules. What rules are you building against? If you want to be rally legal, I would suggest submitting your cage materials (DOM correct?) and design to the tech steward Mike Halley. I'm not sure about those door bars (wouldn't want to hit a tree sideways with those) or the top hoop/lateral attachment. Nascar style door bars would be better for raod racing, but for rally, you really want straight bars. Doing your seat mounts might be a lot easier without the door bars welded in. Also, get log books asap when done, before rules change. I built my rally cage (not the SAAB) to the Rally American diagram exactly, so I wouldn't have a problem. It should also work for SCCA and NASA road racing too, as it is FIA legal and anything FIA is generally acceptable.

I've got a fuel cell in the trunk and an external Bosch full pump working with my K-jet. So happy with it, that you might want to consider it.
