Welcome, and nice car, thanks for the picture! Also looks like a nice workshop :-)
With regard to the starter, I hope that someone can hook you up with a wiring diagram (I have the later ones but not the '69-'74). In the later cars, the starter solenoid is "fired" by a relay and the key switch activates that relay. It is possible that a relay or fuse is the culprit, but the wiring diagram is needed to see which one. If you need parts, maybe try East of Sweden in Colorado - they have lots of 99 parts.
For the blower, I suspect you will need to get a replacement motor as I'm not sure the bushings are serviceable or where you'd get parts. I suggest the same source unless someone else on this list has something.
