Not sure I've ever seen this 'conical washer' ?
'78 and maybe late '77 with alloy wheels that were 'hub centering'
have a machined washer under the nut on the front hubs.
[ all the hub center wheels I've seen were dated '77 and later ]
Wheel changes that fit without rubbing don't do much to bother
handling/tracking unless they are extreme. I've run a variety of wheels
on 99 and 900 with no issues, but I am always running good alignment.
205/55/15's work very well on the 99/900.
A 195/60/15 is a noticeably smaller diameter than 165/80/15.
The basic 165-15 tire is 25" d., 195/60 24.1", 185/65 24.5", 195/65 25",
205/55 23.9".
