Dropped washer behind flywheel!

Hey.
So, yesterday I accidentally dropped a washer (around 7/8" OD) between the block and the flywheel on my '74 99L (manual trans.). It's gone. Oops. I'm not really sure how much space there is down there, and am having nightmares about the washer getting caught somehow or getting flipped up into the clutch or grabbed in the starter or something. Can anyone tell me whether this is likely to cause a problem, and whether I'd have too (man, oh man...) take off the flywheel to get it out? Big thanks.
