Thanks for your reply. In response:
1. The carb is good. Even though it's the FoMoCrap Pinto carb. I just completed a fresh rebuild this weekend. (carb was in the parts cleaner for 2 days). The fuel IS "squirting" into the throat with the accelerator.
---- I'll try to squirt a little extra in next time.
2. Plugs: They are used, but mostly clean. They were dry. So it didn't *seem* like there was any unspent fuel in the cylinder....
---- I'll get some new, completely clean ones, then gap to .025"
3. Compression: I have a guage, but didn't measure. Add that to the list of things to do.
