you can utilize an 8 point socket (as this will have the square in the middle). I can't remember the exact size, but I think 5/16. I can check when I get home.
this socket, a TON of PB Blaster or WD-40, and a breaker bar will usually get it moving. I've done it quite a few times on the seized tires when trying to tow dead vehicles... good luck
