Most bearings and seals can be obtained from a bearing supply house such as Motion Industries .... they can typically cross reference part nos over to equivalents they stock or have access. Assume you are referring to front wheel bearings - fairly standard through early SAABs were angular contact bearings of open construction (no seals or shields). The SAAB part# was 707926- this had a SKF number of SKF233200. If you Google that number is shows modern equivalents and I think your number is shown as an equivalent.
