Brakes for '61 96 two-stroke - Saabnet.com Bulletin Board
Newbie to Saabs...just taken over a '61 Saab 96 stroker that arrived without ANY brakes whatsoever , the previous owner having mislaid same sometime ago!
Any ideas where I may find a set of 9" front and 8" rear brake shoes and wheel cylinders, springs etc. ,or which cars from that era had the same Lockheed system ?
Alternatively , if someone has a set of front Disc calipers, discs , I could match up a set of pads locally. (was thinking of Dons Vintage Saabs, who I saw had old calipers !) Any advice on this problem would be gladly accepted. Dorren Jackson, Cape Town, South Africa
