Faulty Horn ??? - Saabnet.com Bulletin Board
I am hoping someone else has solved this mystery on a 73 96V4.
My horn stopped working. I pulled the horn and tested it directly to the battery and it is very loud. I put multi-meter between the positive and negative wires that connect to the horn, when i push the steering wheel horn contact the multi-meter reads 12.4 volts. So, I am getting voltage to the horn. Both tested fine but when i reconnect the horn properly the horn doesn't work??? Trying to pass the state safety inspection..any advice is appreciated.
