Hey Seth,
At work now and can't check my pile 'o old crusty slave cylinders...
First thought is to look at Paragon Performance. They make stainless replacement hoses for Saab brakes and clutch.

They use 3/8 x 24 on both ends. But call them and they can put any fitting on.
Last spring, I was having a heck of a time getting correct rear brake lines for my '64 bullnose. Turns out I had a bit of a weird combination of parts. I called Paragon and told them the fittings I needed and within two weeks, had the perfect parts. I don't recall there being an extra charge for the custom lines- I think they make many of them up to order. Great company to do business with!
