More info. I am now fixed. On the end of the lock cylinder there is a small cap held in place by two indentations of the casing. File one off and tap the cap. It should twist allowing you to pull it out. Underneath there are two S shaped pins that protrude out two holes in lock casing. They can get bent or gummed up. And this can make your key not turn. So the problem is the pins not the lock itself. Clean them up. Do Not Bend Them. They are hard to get back in if they are distorted. They are identical. Replace cap use some lock tight on cap since you had to file the burr off that held it in place. Good luck. And many thanks to Tom above. So Helpful
