The 900 front swaybar does not fit on the 99. The rear sway bar will only fit on the late 99 rear suspension (eylet/pin shock mounts), alternatively you swap the whole rear assembly with a 900. I had already swapped for an early 900 rear assembly to fit the koni adjustable gas shocks :+) so the rear was a simple bolt on.
As for the front swaybar my understanding is that their were a few suspension comanies who made an aftermarket front sway bar for the 99. I do not think they are being made anymore. I think Karl.no on this site was trying to get another batch made a couple of months ago but I do not know what has happened since, when I get time I'll look up the past posting on this site.
I was just hoping for a quick and simple answer (I was being lazy in otherwords)
Happy Saabing
Justin
ps. After two days driving I still haven't found the limits of my cars new handling...I don't think my tired old car can go that fast!!!! (or I am too scared of putting a dent or six in her beautiful old body) either way I am a very happy Saaber.......
