It's beautiful but it's huge. 17"x22" and about 2.5" thick. It is made by PRC - the guys who do some NASCAR radiators. I had to cut the fill neck off and weld it shut (too tall.) I'm also having to modify the bottom of the front air dam to get the radiator to sit far enough forward to avoid the water pump pulley (too thick.) The problem is that the radiator is too thick to fit down between the front cross member and the front air dam. I hope to have it installed this week.
If you decide to get one made by PRC, excellent workmanship by the way, a real work of art, I suggest 14"x22" with no fill neck. Just get the pipe fitting over the return at the driver's side top to use for fillup and to connect to the overflow tank.
I definitely am going to check out adding some flow holes for air to escape the engine compartment. The trick is to make sure they remove air instead of adding it.
You see, the my ultimate mission is to add AC to this car. Call me crazy, but I want a great looking, great running 96 with a killer stereo and nice cool air conditioning.
