2010 so I assume an Aero with 2.8L Turbo?
P0451, EVAP Tank Pressure Performance Problem. Nothing specific in fault tracing. I would start with purge valve (below) then possibly further diag the pressure sensor if this fault continues. May require pressure sensor replacement.
P0496 EVAP Purge Valve Internal Leakage. Common on the 2.8T, just replace the evap purge valve.
P2187 Long Term Fuel Trim Additive Max Value Air Fuel Too Lean. Start with a crankcase vent leak. Broken pipe or other possible leaks. Look for any intake manifold leaks, brake booster vacuum leaks, charge air boot/intercooler leaks.
Sounds like you need to get this to a place familiar with Saabs if the first guy said there was nothing wrong.
