Amp turns on by itself

This is on a new to me 2002 9-5 Aero. After turning the engine off and removing the key, the following happens.
1- Curtesy light above rear view mirror comes on
2- Curtesy light goes off after 10 or 15 seconds
3- I hear a relay type click come from the driver side footwell
4- I hear a faint buzzing noise start
5- the buzzing noise stops when I cycle the radio on and off with the key out of the ignition
This happens just about every time I shut the car off after operating the radio.
Has anyone bumped into this and solved the problem?
Thanks
John
