Marty and Annette Adams opened Iowa City Saab as the "big city" cousin to Meyer Garage, a Saab dealership in Meyer, Iowa founded by Marty's father in 1963. Quite a hike from Iowa City. I looked on a map, and it's about as far as Chicago!
For a water pump, any GM dealer or independent garage that services recent GM cars should be able to help. The basic engine itself is GM Standard, same as they put in Buicks and Cadillacs of the day, except its 3.0 L and turbocharged, not 3.6L and normally aspirated. But for anything weird or especially if the AWD system is involved, Meyer Garage (now called Meyer Saab) is the place I would go.
